About us

Built so the answers arrive earlier.

Checkpoint exists because the gap between a first symptom and a clear answer is too wide and too quiet. We thought the order should be different — you should be able to see inside, calmly and on your own terms, before something has gone wrong.

What we believe

Preventive medicine should be quiet, image-led and consultant-read. A serious morning, organised around you — not a panel of tests sold by the test.

Founding principles

Three rules we refuse to bend.

Image first

Every Checkpoint assessment is built on imaging and bloods together — not bloods alone. A number on a panel tells you something. A picture tells you where.

Consultant-led

Every result is reviewed by a named human before you see it. No automated dashboards, no anonymous portals. The consultant who reads your scans is the one who explains them.

No upsell

We will tell you which scans you do not need. If your history and your bloods do not justify a test, we will say so — and we will not charge for it just because the room is open.

The founders

The people who built this.

Checkpoint was started by a small group of clinicians and operators who had spent a decade watching the same problem from different angles. They organised the clinic around the answer they kept wanting to give.

How we got here

A short timeline.

Two years from idea to doors. The clinic was designed end-to-end before the first patient was booked.

  1. 2024

    Idea

A handful of Harley Street consultants kept seeing the same gap — a serious assessment that did not feel like a sales pitch.

  2. 2025

    Consultant network assembled

Radiology, cardiology, hepatology, urology and gynaecology — fifteen consultants signed on around a shared protocol.

  3. 2026

Doors open at 17 Harley Street

A Georgian townhouse retrofitted for 3T MRI, FibroScan, advanced bloods and quiet consulting rooms — opening May 2026.

  4. Future

    National rollout

A second clinic in the City, then Manchester and Edinburgh. Same consultants. Same protocol. Same standard.
