The Georgian facade of 17 Harley Street — the home of the Checkpoint clinic.
Our clinic

17 Harley Street, quietly engineered.

A Georgian townhouse retrofitted for 3T MRI, low-dose CT, FibroScan and advanced bloods — arranged so a single morning gives a serious read, without ever feeling like a hospital.

A morning at Checkpoint

Arrival to discharge, unrushed.

Four moments, in order. We have designed each one to feel like a private consultation rather than a hospital appointment — because that is exactly what it is.

Step 01

Arrival

Step into a quiet Georgian entrance, not a clipboard and a waiting-room queue. A host meets you by name, walks you upstairs, and the morning begins.

The entrance hall at 17 Harley Street — a calm Georgian reception with soft lighting and bone-toned plaster.
Step 02

Bloods & vitals

Your morning starts here, in one of three private rooms. A nurse runs the bloods and vitals while a host brings coffee — no shared chairs, no rolled-up sleeves in a corridor.

A consultant in a calm consulting room reviewing a printed result, with a stethoscope on the desk.
Step 03

Imaging suite

3T Philips MRI, low-dose CT, FibroScan and ultrasound — all on the same floor. You will not move buildings, you will not change postcodes. One robe, one corridor, one morning.

A consultant radiologist marking up a brain MRI scan with a pencil, focused on a region of interest.
Step 04

Consultant sit-down

A real conversation, not a print-out and a handshake. Your consultant walks you through the bloods, the images and the plan — in plain English, in the room with you.

On the floor

Hospital-grade kit, on one floor.

Every scan we offer lives in the same building, read by the same consultant network. No taxis between sites, no re-booking weeks later.

Mammogram

Mammogram

Digital mammography with AI-assisted reads for early breast change detection.

Endoscopy

Endoscopy

Camera-based examination of the upper and lower GI tract, performed by consultant gastroenterologists.

FibroScan

FibroScan

Liver stiffness, fat fraction and fibrosis markers — a 10-minute, non-invasive read.

Perspectum

Perspectum

Multi-organ MRI analysis — liver, kidneys and pancreas, reported beyond what standard scans show.

Caristo

Caristo

AI-powered coronary inflammation analysis from CT — identifies cardiovascular risk years before symptoms.

Visiting the clinic

Practical questions, answered first.

The small things people ask before they arrive. Anything else, email hello@check-point.health and a real person will reply the same day.

Is there parking on site?

There is no on-site car park, but Harley Street has pay-and-display bays and the Q-Park on Cavendish Square is a 4-minute walk. We can arrange a chauffeur for an additional fee if you would prefer not to drive.

Is the clinic accessible?

Yes. There is step-free access from the street, a lift to every floor, and an accessible WC on the ground floor. If you have specific needs, tell us when you book and we will walk you through the route before you arrive.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. Partners, family members or a colleague are welcome. There is a quiet lounge with tea and coffee where they can wait between your scans, and they are welcome to sit in on the consultant report at the end.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing without metal fastenings or underwiring — that way the imaging team will not need to ask you to change for most scans. We provide a robe and slippers when one is needed.

Can I eat or drink before my appointment?

Water is fine. Skip food and coffee for 8 hours before your visit so your bloods are accurate. Once the bloods are done, breakfast is served before imaging begins.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Walk up to the black door at 17 Harley Street and press the bell — your host will be expecting you. There is no reception queue and no kiosk to check in at.
