2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or booking a service with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book our services.
3. Our services and clinical scope
Checkpoint provides preventive health screening and diagnostic assessments. Our services are not a substitute for emergency care or for the ongoing care of your GP or treating clinician. If you have urgent symptoms you should contact NHS 111 or call 999. Screening reduces but does not eliminate risk, and no test can detect every condition.
4. Bookings, fees and payment
Prices for our packages and individual services are shown on our website and are confirmed at the time of booking. 5. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
